Referral Policy

To qualify for the referral reward program the following conditions must be met PRIOR to the time of service:


1. You must register, and be approved, as a referral source prior to referring any referrals:

a. To register you must complete and submit the online referral source application click here to register.
b. Upon approval you will be given a referral source account number.
c. All referral rewards will be credited to the referral source account number.
d. Only referrals with your referral source account number will be credited to your account.

2. The referral must be identified by you to LAN on Demand, Inc. in the following manner:

a. The referral must be known to you personally, and consent to being referred to LAN on Demand, Inc. Blind referrals, lead gathering, or indirect lead sources are not eligible for the rewards program.
b. You must complete, in full, and submit the on-line Client Referral Form (including your referral source account number). Only services included on the referral form are eligible for the referral rewards program.
c. You must directly notify LAN on Demand, Inc. of the referral at (407) 410.0000, and provide the referrals contact information and areas of referral interest.
d. Instruct the referral party to specifically name you as the referral source and provide your referral source account number to LAN on Demand, Inc.

3. Only New Referral Clients are eligible for LAN on Demand, Inc.’s New Client Referral Program. No referral reward will be distributed for the referral of an existing, previous or past client, or after any client has received service(s) from LAN on Demand, Inc.

4. LAN on Demand, Inc., in their sole discretion, will determine the eligible services for which the new client referrals qualify and what services, if any, are covered under any given referral. The following services are considered eligible for new client referral rewards:

a. Hourly Consulting Engagements
b. Contract Consulting Engagements
c. Training Engagements (On & Off Site)
d. Support Engagements (On & Off Site)
e. Service Related Charges (Not including parts and / or software)

The following services are not eligible for new client referral rewards:

a. Any Item NOT specifically listed above

5. Eligible services provided to the new client referral will be paid in the amount of ten (10) percent of the total billable services provided to, and paid for, by the referred party. The referral period shall continue for a period of no more than thirty (30) days from the date of the first (1st) date of service, and the referring party shall only receive referral awards for the portion of any eligible services provided within that time period, regardless of total amount services to be rendered. The reward is applicable to eligible services only.

6. Upon confirmed payment for services rendered within the eligibility period by the new client, the referring party will receive:

a. New Client Referral Acknowledgement Letter
b. An IRS form W-9. The IRS form W-9 needs to be completed and returned prior to payment of any rewards, and for the referring party to remain eligible for future referral rewards.
c. The Referral Reward will be paid by check, within 30 days of the referral period, to the party named on the W-9 form.

7. There are no limitations to the number of referral rewards an you may claim, however, the referred client must identify you as the referring source, and provide your referral source account number, in order to qualify for any referral reward.

8. LAN on Demand, Inc. reserves the right to modify, cancel, terminate, or restrict this program at any time, in any way, including the individual termination of any single referral source without notice or cause. No distributions will be made if the program is discontinued.
